Inspiration comes from all around me with current themes including birds, maps and the Somerset levels. I rarely use new fabrics preferring to build on the traditions of women throughout history using stitching, patching and darning to give new life to fabrics. I enjoy sharing my excitement and enjoyment of textiles with others and teach art and stitch workshops for both children and adults.
