Anita Pegler – Watercolours

Having lived and worked on the edge of the Somerset Levels all of my life, I feel I have a connection with the surrounding countryside, drawing my inspiration from the flora, fauna and unique landscape.  My first solo exhibition in 1984 was at the Rural Life Museum Glastonbury, since then I have shown in many galleries and exhibitions in the South West including RHS Rosemoor, and Bristol University Botanic Gardens.  I taught watercolour painting for Weston College for 20 years, and regularly hold workshops for small groups in my garden studio. I also give demonstrations and workshops to Art Groups.
